INSURANCE CLAIMS
A claim needs to be filed by the vehicle’s owner immediately following any accident. Generally the 800 number is found on the back of your insurance card.
After filing the claim with your insurance company you have
the choice, by law, to take your vehicle anywhere you choose.
You only need to get ONE estimate as stated in the Auto Body
Repair Consumer Bill of Rights.
We are a Direct Repair Shop (DRP) for AAA, Travelers & GMAC Insurance,. With these insurance companies, we are able
to write an estimate on your vehicle and as soon as an electronic
assignment is sent from the insurance company we can begin
repairs immediately.
If your insurance company is not directly contracted with
us, we will write your estimate and wait until an adjuster
from your insurance company comes out to assess the damage.
After we meet with your insurance adjuster we can then begin
repairs.
All deductibles are paid to the body shop upon completion
of repairs. Our estimators are highly skilled and will walk
you through each step of this process to make it as easy and
stress-free for you as possible.
WHAT IS A DIRECT REPAIR
SHOP?
A direct repair facility is a body shop that
works directly with your insurance company as a
preferred shop. Body shops earn the right to be
in preferred shop programs by meeting certain requirements,
such as having certified technicians, using the
proper equipment, and having a record of satisfied
customers. A preferred shop actually writes the
estimate, orders the parts, and repairs your vehicle
without having to wait for an insurance adjuster.
